Hosting RI Cocktail Club at The Elliotte: A Night to Remember

On January 24th, The Elliotte on Park was thrilled to host the RI Cocktail Club for an unforgettable evening of craft cocktails, delicious bites, and great company. With over 90 cocktail enthusiasts in attendance, our event space was buzzing with energy and excitement.

Nichole from Sippin Pretty, our go-to mixologist and mobile bar expert, curated a custom cocktail menu that left everyone raving. Her unique creations showcased her talent for blending seasonal flavors and delivering exceptional drinks. Guests sipped on handcrafted cocktails that perfectly complemented the evening’s vibe, making it a true celebration of the art of mixology.

Of course, no cocktail event is complete without some delectable bites, and our menu didn’t disappoint. Guests enjoyed a selection of our favorite appetizers, including:

• Mexican Street Corn Flatbread: A flavorful twist on a classic, packed with bold spices and creamy goodness.

• Cheeseburger Sliders: Bite-sized perfection, with juicy beef, melty cheese, caramelized onions and sundried tomato aioli.

• Buffalo Cauliflower: A crowd-pleaser that delivered just the right amount of spice and crunch.

The combination of expertly crafted cocktails and delicious food created a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere that everyone enjoyed.
